Bush considered worst president

To the editor:

It's Sunday morning and the news is all about illegal aliens working in the United States and how they're going to put on some huge protest or gathering. Here's the chance to gather them all up and send them back where they came from.

Are people really that stupid not to see that Republicans love having them here. They work for next to nothing, taking away jobs from U.S. citizens. Get rid of them and force these companies to pay a little more for our own people. And, no, I do not believe it will force prices higher, only the rich won't make as much. Maybe they won't be able to buy that fifth beach house in Aruba. Oh, too bad.

Now they want to change the national anthem with some foreign junk. Their heart may be in the right place, but we don't try to change yours. Enough is enough; send them packing.

Foreigners who come here should, with no exception, learn to live our lifestyle, our culture and, most of all, our language. Because of one or two people, the whole system changes, like the Red Raider logo. Thank God, the people of Rochester stood up for what was theirs.

Somersworth is the same way, letting a few people dictate how to run the schools, taking away Merry Christmas and holiday parties from children. What a disgrace.

I personally cannot wait until 2008 when we the people put in a decent president. Bush is by far the worst this country has ever had. This guy smiles when he's sticking right to us and has his hand is in our pocket. He makes me sick.

And, yes, I would rather have Clinton.

George Poulin Jr.
